Resident Services Coordinator – Property Management

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and property staff at 505 Summit. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, facilitating day‑to‑day resident needs, and supporting community‑building activities.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents to the property, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop, publish, and distribute the property newsletter featuring upcoming events, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
• Collaborate with property staff to plan and implement resident activities that enhance the quality of living.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to address diverse resident needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants and staff.
