Resident Services Coordinator – Albion at Morrow Park

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants while enhancing the overall living experience at Albion at Morrow Park. This onsite position blends customer service, administrative duties, and property oversight to ensure a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
• Maintain guest suites, provide amenities like movies, books, and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to address resident concerns promptly.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants, staff, and vendors.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb; comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
