Resident Concierge – Albion at Morrow Park

About the role

The Concierge supports residents and prospects at Albion at Morrow Park, delivering front‑desk service, coordinating community amenities, and assisting with daily operational tasks to enhance the resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, verify payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package arrivals and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist the community team in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keep up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, ladder climbing, reaching, carrying, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
• Lift and maneuver up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Occasional travel to other properties for training, meetings, or support as needed.
