Resident Assistant – Memory Care

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents in our memory-care community. In this full-time position you will help individuals with daily living activities while preserving their dignity and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and other activities of daily living.
• Provide support with housekeeping tasks, telephone use, laundry, transportation and mail delivery.
• Participate in resident programming and help escort residents to dining areas, serve meals and clean up.
• Conduct regular rounds to identify hazards, observe changes in condition and report any concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work reliably in a team-focused environment.
• Experience or interest in dementia and memory-care settings; CNA certification is a plus but not required.
