Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist to turn business and operational data into clear, reliable reports that support decision‑making across the company. You will work with structured data, maintain recurring reports and dashboards, and collaborate with Data, Product, and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring business and operational reports.
• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Build and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting materials.
• Monitor reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepancies.
• Analyse trends and changes in key business metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business questions into reporting requirements.
• Document reporting processes, definitions, and data sources.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to explain data findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organised approach to managing recurring and ad‑hoc requests.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Excel (formulas, pivot tables) or Google Sheets.
• SQL.
• Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Jira and Confluence.
