Director, Growth Technology Platforms

About the role

KPMG is seeking a senior leader to shape the strategy and execution of its growth technology platforms. The role combines product vision, technology expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive revenue‑focused innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for KPMG’s growth technology platforms, covering CRM, seller and sales leader experiences, revenue intelligence, data, AI and supporting sales technologies.
• Guide a team of product owners to translate business needs into clear product roadmaps, priorities, capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Own evolution of core sales technology platforms, including Salesforce CRM, simplifying seller workflows and enhancing client and account intelligence.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Data and AI leaders to ensure integrated, scalable and secure platform capabilities.
• Advance AI‑enabled sales experiences such as account intelligence, recommendations, next‑best actions and workflow automation.

Required profile

• At least ten years of recent experience in revenue operations, sales technology or product management, with a proven record of aligning marketing and sales technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales operations, marketing or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM strategy and product portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks), AI and revenue intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage product owners or technology strategists and to work with senior sales and technology leaders.
