Replenishment Team Lead (1st Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Replenishment Team Lead for the first shift at our West Memphis, AR warehouse. The role oversees dock operators, ensures inventory accuracy, and drives continuous improvement in our fast‑paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to dock operators via the work queue and manage special projects not covered by order forms.
• Initiate manual moves and conduct root‑cause analysis for inventory shorts identified during cycle counts.
• Verify adherence to all standard processes, prioritize work effectively, and satisfy customer requirements.
• Monitor operator productivity, move counts, and accuracy throughout the shift.
• Perform periodic safety checks and ensure consistent compliance with safety rules.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues such as pallet consolidation, order‑blocking pallets, and expedite communications to move product to the correct location.
• Update work processes (CIP/BPS) as needed.
• Oversee aisle audits, cleaning standards, and 6S activities using responsibility sheets.
• Conduct regular floor inspections to identify and resolve deficiencies quickly.
• Manage reserve locations, aisles, and certain pick areas, ensuring proper product placement.
• Ensure TPM and lift inspections are completed on PIT equipment and generate work orders for safe operation.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Receiving, Quality, DSP and other departments to prioritize incoming product for aged orders.
• Assist the Replenishment team with daily tasks as required.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of the Bosch Production System (BPS).
• Experience leading a team of dock operators or warehouse staff on a shift basis.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with multiple internal departments.
• Capability to prioritize work efficiently and meet customer service targets.
