Remote Therapist – Older Adults (California Licensed)

About the role

Join a nationwide virtual practice dedicated to improving mental health for older adults. Work from home, set your own schedule, and focus on delivering evidence‑based psychotherapy while the company handles administrative tasks and patient referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage documentation using the company’s EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Required profile

• Active, independent California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Comfort using electronic health records (EMR) and AI documentation assistance.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes (preferred).
