Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary Care & Urgent Care

About the role

Join GoTo Telemed as a Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivering primary and urgent care to patients across the United States. You will own and manage your own virtual patient panel, providing comprehensive care with full clinical autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide acute illness management, chronic disease care, preventive services, and health maintenance remotely.
• Maintain full clinical independence while managing a personal patient panel.
• Collaborate with medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health professionals for cross‑specialty referrals.
• Utilize secure e‑prescription functionality and order labs or diagnostic tests when appropriate.

Required profile

• Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license (multiple state licenses a plus).
• Board certification in Family, Adult, or related primary/urgent care specialties.
• Comfortable operating as an independent 1099 contractor and handling platform access responsibilities.
• Strong desire to build long‑term patient relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑prescribing systems integrated with major pharmacy networks.
• Ability to order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests via electronic health records.
