Remote Staff Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Full‑Time or Part‑Time

About the role

Legion Health is seeking board‑certified psychiatrists (MD or DO) to deliver high‑quality outpatient mental health care via telehealth. The position offers full‑time or part‑time schedules, allowing clinicians to work from any location while practicing at the top of their license.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow‑up appointments through video visits.
• Develop and adjust evidence‑based treatment plans, including medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of peers for case consultations.
• Document encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing quality‑improvement initiatives and peer reviews.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience delivering psychiatric care, preferably via telehealth.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient‑centered care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and e‑prescribing systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted clinical tools is a plus.
