About the role

This is an entry‑level, remote sales position focused on life insurance. You will work with warm, inbound leads and receive full training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and licensing.

Key responsibilities

Engage inbound prospects, discuss life‑insurance options, and guide them through the purchase process.
Complete sales training, product fundamentals, and licensing requirements while maintaining daily sales activity.

Required profile

U.S. resident with the ability to pass a background check.
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed.

Required skills

Strong conversational ability and receptiveness to feedback.
Basic computer proficiency for using CRM and communication tools.

What we offer

Uncapped commission structure (average $800‑$1,200 per sale).
Potential earnings of $50,000+ part‑time or $80,000‑$300,000+ full‑time.
Daily/weekly commission payouts and performance‑based incentives.
