About the role

This remote position sells life insurance to callers who have already expressed interest. You will never make a cold call; every lead is warm and looking for coverage.

Key responsibilities

Work through a queue of warm leads via phone or Zoom, matching families with suitable policies from over 60 carriers.
Track daily activity, meet production goals, and follow up as needed to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

Must reside in the United States.
Able to pass a background check.
Hold or be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.

Required skills

Comfortable using phone and video conferencing tools (Zoom).
Ability to navigate multiple insurance carrier platforms.

What we offer

Uncapped commission structure with typical first‑year earnings of $80,000‑$300,000 for full‑time reps.
Performance‑based incentives on top of standard commission.
Comprehensive training for candidates with no prior insurance experience and ongoing mentorship.
