About the role

We are an AI‑powered sales and marketing agency looking for 5–7 experienced Sales Development Representatives to join our remote team. As an SDR you will drive outbound outreach to local business owners in the US, generating discovery calls and booked meetings for our platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 130–150 outbound calls daily to decision‑makers such as founders and owners.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery or demo calls according to internal criteria.
  • Follow approved scripts while adding a personable, human touch.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead status in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine call strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Participate in role‑play, coaching sessions and feedback loops to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or in high‑volume outbound sales, preferably targeting US small businesses.
  • Proven ability to make 130–150+ calls per day and book qualified meetings.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with minimal accent.
  • Availability to work full‑time aligned with US Eastern Time.

Required skills

  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Familiarity with Dialpad or other telephony platforms for cold calling.
