About the role

Join a remote sales team that works exclusively with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in life insurance. You will guide these prospects toward the best coverage options using access to over 60 carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads, understand their needs, and recommend suitable life insurance policies.
• Leverage a wide portfolio of carriers to find the optimal product for each client.
• Close policies with typical commissions ranging from $800 to $1,200 per policy.

Required profile

• Consistent daily work ethic and openness to coaching.
• Comfortable speaking with people every day and treating leads with genuine care.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to obtain a life & health insurance license quickly.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of life insurance products and coverage types.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a life & health insurance license.
