About the role

This remote sales position focuses on life insurance quotes from inbound leads. No cold‑calling list is provided and prior sales experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

Guide interested prospects toward the most suitable insurance policy using access to over 60 carriers.
Conduct daily conversations with leads who have already expressed interest via forms or calls.
Maintain consistent production and follow coaching to improve performance.

Required profile

Demonstrated consistency and coachability.
Comfortable speaking with people every day and treating leads with genuine care.
U.S. citizen or legal resident able to pass a background check.

Required skills

Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly (company will guide).
Ability to work remotely full‑time and meet daily production goals.
