About the role

Weya Academy, an online education platform for sustainability professionals across Latin America, is looking for a proactive Remote Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for turning inbound leads into enrolled students while enjoying a flexible schedule and performance‑based earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture leads from multiple channels using Kommo CRM.
• Present Weya Academy’s value proposition and close sales autonomously.
• Guide each lead from first contact through enrollment in the virtual campus.
• Suggest and implement ideas to reactivate conversations and improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commission‑based sales.
• Flawless spelling and writing skills (mandatory).
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Own reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Required skills

• Kommo CRM proficiency.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
