Remote Registered Nurse – AI Model Evaluation

About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our remote team and help train AI chatbots that support healthcare decision‑making. You will work on a flexible schedule, choosing projects that match your expertise while contributing to the improvement of AI model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide diverse and complex healthcare scenarios for AI chatbots.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and medical accuracy.
- Measure model progress and report performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve issues that affect model quality.
Required profile
- Current or in‑progress medical degree (RN, NP, PA, etc.).
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Ability to work independently on a remote basis.

- Full‑time or part‑time remote contract.
- Hourly pay ranging from $50 to $60 USD, with performance bonuses.
