Remote Nurse for AI Model Training

About the role

We are seeking a qualified nurse to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models in the healthcare domain. Working remotely, you will apply your clinical expertise to create realistic medical scenarios, assess AI responses, and ensure the models deliver accurate and safe information.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present diverse, complex healthcare‑related problems for AI chat‑bots.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and medical accuracy.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve model performance and reliability.
• Document evaluation results and track progress across projects.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD).
• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of specialties.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning.
• Ability to formulate detailed medical case scenarios.
