About the role

Join Meron Financial Agency as a Remote Mortgage Protection Sales Representative. No prior insurance experience is required – you will receive full training and mentorship to help families find the right life insurance coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the system each day and work through a queue of pre‑qualified leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.
• Conduct phone or Zoom conversations to assess family size, budget, and existing coverage, then recommend suitable policies.
• Maintain consistent daily activity, handling anywhere from five to fifteen calls per day.
• Participate in ongoing training modules to sharpen product knowledge and objection‑handling skills.

Required profile

• Coachable and willing to apply feedback.
• Comfortable speaking with strangers on the phone every day.
• Consistent attendance and ability to work the lead queue even on slow days.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed.
