Remote Mortgage Protection Sales Rep – Entry Level

About the role

Join Meron Financial Agency as a Remote Mortgage Protection Sales Representative. No prior insurance experience is required – you’ll be trained to talk to leads, assess their needs, and match them with suitable life‑insurance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the system each day and work through a queue of pre‑qualified leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.
• Conduct phone or Zoom conversations, gather family size, budget and existing coverage information, and recommend appropriate policies.
• Maintain daily activity levels, handling anywhere from five to fifteen conversations per day.
• Participate in ongoing training modules and consult a mentor when challenging situations arise.

Required profile

• Coachable and willing to apply feedback.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with new people every day.
• Consistent attendance and ability to work the lead queue even on slow days.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident able to pass a background check.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed.
