Remote Mental Health Therapist (NY)

About the role

Gaggle is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide 45‑minute virtual therapy sessions to K‑12 students and school staff across the United States. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any U.S. location while maintaining control over your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 45‑minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients.
• Help students improve their overall mental health and well‑being.
• Allocate approximately 90% of time to clinical services and 10% to administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Independent license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in the K‑12 age range.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
• Ability to obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage and list Gaggle as an additional insured.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and basic account creation.
