Remote Mental Health Therapist – North Carolina

About the role

Gaggle provides teletherapy services to K‑12 students and school staff across the United States. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist you will deliver virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients, helping improve their mental health and well‑being. The role is fully remote with flexible scheduling to fit school days, evenings, or weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 45‑minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned K‑12 clients.
• Help students improve their overall mental health and well‑being.
• Allocate approximately 90% of time to clinical services and 10% to administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Independent license or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC‑A, LSW, or similar).
• Experience working with children in the K‑12 age range.
• Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms.
• Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and high‑speed internet connection.
• Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage before starting and list Gaggle as an additional insured.
