About the role

Provide teletherapy to K-12 students and school staff across California, delivering 45‑minute video sessions to support mental health and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 45‑minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients.
• Allocate approximately 90% of time to clinical work and 10% to administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Independent license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or similar).
• Ability to provide therapy services in Spanish.
• Strong technology skills.
• Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to taking on clients, listing Gaggle as additionally insured.
