Remote Medical Doctor (MD) – $130‑$300/hr Contract

About the role

This contract position is designed for board‑certified physicians or senior residents/fellows who want to apply their clinical expertise to advanced AI research. Working fully remotely, you will help create realistic patient scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated medical responses, and improve the safety and accuracy of next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient cases based on your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference responses that demonstrate attending‑level reasoning.
• Evaluate AI‑generated medical outputs using structured criteria.
• Assess diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Provide detailed written feedback to enhance AI performance.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents/fellows who are board‑eligible.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
