About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to sell life insurance remotely, even if you do not yet hold a license. You will receive full training and support to obtain your Life & Health license during onboarding.

Key responsibilities

Conduct phone and Zoom conversations with warm inbound leads seeking life insurance coverage.
Explain options across a network of 60+ carriers and match families with suitable policies.
Guide clients through the application process and ensure their needs and budget are met.

Required profile

U.S. resident.
Ability to pass a background check.
Willingness to complete Life & Health licensing (or already licensed).

What we offer

100% commission with no cap (average $800‑$1,200 per policy).
Daily and weekly pay distribution with performance‑based incentives.
Full licensing support and sales training during onboarding.
