About the role

Join a remote life insurance sales team where you can start without an existing license. The company will support you through the licensing process while you begin selling to warm inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

Conduct phone and Zoom conversations with inbound prospects seeking life insurance coverage.
Explain options across a network of 60+ carriers and recommend plans that fit each family’s needs and budget.
Complete licensing and sales training in parallel, allowing you to start earning quickly.

Required profile

U.S. resident able to pass a background check.
Willingness to obtain Life & Health licensing (or already licensed).
Coachability, motivation and a commitment to consistent performance.

What we offer

100% commission structure with no cap, averaging $800‑$1,200 per policy.
Daily and weekly pay distribution with performance‑based incentives.
Full support for licensing, study materials and exam preparation.
