About the role

Join a growing insurance agency as a Remote Life & Health Insurance Agent. No prior industry experience is required – we focus on coachability and consistency. You will handle inbound, warm leads from clients who have already expressed interest in coverage.

Key responsibilities

Work exclusively with inbound, warm leads and guide clients through life and health insurance options.
Leverage a network of over 60 carriers to match clients with the best products.
Follow the agency’s proven sales system and participate in ongoing mentorship.

Required profile

U.S. resident eligible for a background check.
Willing to obtain Life & Health insurance licensing (support provided).

What we offer

100% commission structure with uncapped earnings; average $800‑$1,200 per policy.
Pay distributed daily/weekly plus performance‑based incentives.
