About the role

This entry‑level position is fully remote and focuses on selling life and health insurance to inbound, warm leads. No prior industry experience is required; the company provides full training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

Contact prospects who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage.
Follow the company’s proven sales system and continuously incorporate feedback.
Maintain relationships with a network of over 60 carriers to match clients with appropriate products.

Required profile

U.S. resident eligible for a background check.
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (support provided).
Coachability and consistency over prior sales experience.

What we offer

100% commission structure with uncapped earnings.
Average $800‑$1,200 per policy; potential $50,000+ (part‑time) or $80,000‑$300,000+ (full‑time) in the first year.
Daily/weekly pay and performance‑based incentives.
