Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent

About the role

Join TTEC as a Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent and help customers navigate health coverage with compassion and expertise. You will work from home serving customers across preferred states, providing guidance and support on health insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverage options and selecting appropriate health insurance products.
• Provide full‑lifecycle customer service and sales, handling inbound inquiries and outbound follow‑ups.
• Respond to customer questions with active listening, empathy, and efficient problem‑solving.
• Identify additional needs and recommend upgrades or additional services.

Required profile

• Current health insurance license in your state of residence.
• Minimum six months of sales experience.
• High‑speed internet connection (≥25 Mbps).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.

What we offer

• All license fees paid by TTEC.
• Base hourly wage of $18, plus a $3 seasonal stipend (July 15 – Dec 15) raising pay to $21/hr.
• Performance‑based monthly bonus, with earning potential up to $28/hr during season.
