Client Services Specialist

About the role

GMES Supply is looking for a Client Services Specialist in Columbia. The specialist is the first point of contact for the company's global clientele and receives ongoing, in-depth training so they can be a high-impact resource for clients. Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly and competently to inbound sales opportunities and actively address client needs
• Manage online orders and give every customer accurate, exceptional service, closing with prompt follow-up
• Reach Gear Expert level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures
• Take part in ongoing procedural and product training
• Share customer feedback internally to improve the approach to excellence

Required profile

• Desire to work with people continuously and to be a problem solver
• Fluency with technology
• Excellent personal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Autonomous decision-making and problem resolution skills
• Team spirit and a desire to be a high performer
