Remote Inventory Clerk

About the role

Bilgewater Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support daily inventory administration for its food service locations. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain inventory data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Review inventory records to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Track inventory changes, orders, and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and record updates.
• Communicate with internal teams about inventory questions or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital inventory records and support routine administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inventory, data entry, administration, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems.
• Good organization and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Effective communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
