About the role

This remote position is designed for candidates with no prior insurance background. You will receive a structured training program that takes you from fundamentals to independent client conversations.

Key responsibilities

Complete a step‑by‑step onboarding pipeline, including supervised live calls with a mentor.
Work warm inbound or outbound leads, contacting prospects by phone or Zoom to match them with appropriate life‑insurance coverage from over 60 carrier partners.
Handle client objections and questions, and close sales on a 100% commission basis.

Required profile

U.S. residency and ability to pass a background check.
Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Life & Health insurance license (the company will guide you through the process).
Consistent work ethic and willingness to learn.
