Remote Insurance Sales Agent – No Experience Needed

About the role

Join Meron Financial Agency as a remote insurance sales agent. No prior insurance experience or degree is required – you’ll receive full training and support to help families find suitable life insurance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the system each day and call or Zoom with pre‑qualified leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.
• Assess each prospect’s family size, budget and existing coverage, then recommend a policy that fits their needs.
• Complete a set number of conversations daily, ranging from five to fifteen, and consistently work through the lead queue.
• Participate in ongoing training and consult a mentor when challenging conversations arise.

Required profile

• Coachable and willing to apply feedback.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone daily and engaging with strangers.
• Consistent, reliable attendance even on slow days.
• Motivated by a career with high upside rather than a fixed paycheck.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication.
• Ability to follow a scripted sales system.
