About the role

Join a fully remote insurance sales team where you set your own work hours while handling warm leads for life insurance. No prior experience is required and you’ll receive full training and mentorship from day one.

Key responsibilities

Manage your own calendar and work a queue of warm leads to meet production targets.
Conduct natural client conversations and close sales without cold calling.

Required profile

U.S. resident with ability to pass a background check.
Licensed or willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
Motivated to work consistently and meet sales goals.

What we offer

Uncapped commission ranging from $800 to $1,200 per sale.
Potential earnings of $50,000+ part‑time or $80,000‑$300,000+ full‑time in the first year.
Pay issued daily or weekly with additional performance incentives.
