About the role

Join a fully remote insurance sales team where you set your own working hours while consistently meeting production goals. You will work with a queue of warm leads—people who have already expressed interest in life insurance—and guide them through the buying process.

Key responsibilities

Manage your calendar and work on warm leads to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Conduct natural client conversations, present product fundamentals, and close sales without cold calling.
Maintain consistent performance to qualify for daily/weekly payouts and additional incentives.

Required profile

U.S. resident with ability to pass a background check.
Licensed or willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
Interest in a flexible, self‑managed schedule.

What we offer

Uncapped commission structure with average earnings of $800‑$1,200 per sale.
Potential earnings of $50,000+ part‑time or $80,000‑$300,000+ full‑time in the first year.
Pay issued daily or weekly, plus performance incentives for milestone achievements.
