About the role

This remote position lets you sell life and health insurance policies to warm leads. Agents typically earn $800‑$1,200 per policy with no cap on total earnings.

Key responsibilities

Engage warm leads who have requested quotes and match them with appropriate coverage from over 60 carrier partners.
Close sales, ensuring each client receives a policy that fits their situation while maintaining daily production targets.

Required profile

U.S. residency and ability to pass a background check.
Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Life & Health insurance license.

Required skills

Strong communication and sales conversation abilities.
Basic understanding of life and health insurance products (training provided).
