About the role

This remote position offers a genuine entry point into financial services without requiring a finance degree or prior licensing knowledge. You will assist families who have already expressed interest in life insurance, receiving warm leads and full mentorship.

Key responsibilities

Engage with families to discuss life insurance coverage options and guide them through the decision process.
Convert warm leads into closed policies, matching clients with the most suitable carrier from a network of over 60 partners.
Participate in daily/weekly commission‑based compensation and performance incentives.

Required profile

Must reside in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check.
Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to obtain the license.

What we offer

100% commission structure, uncapped, with average earnings of $800‑$1,200 per sale.
Potential annual income: $50,000+ for part‑time, $80,000‑$300,000+ for full‑time in the first year.
Daily or weekly pay distribution and additional performance‑based incentives.
