About the role

Help families protect their income and future by guiding them through life and health insurance options. All conversations are inbound, based on genuine interest from the families.

Key responsibilities

Conduct phone and Zoom calls with families to discuss their financial protection needs.
Leverage a network of 60+ insurance carriers to find policies that fit each family's situation.
Explain coverage options, answer questions, and close policies once families decide.

Required profile

U.S. residency.
Ability to pass a background check.
Possess or be willing to quickly obtain a Life & Health insurance license (company will guide).

What we offer

100% commission structure with no earnings cap.
Pay issued daily or weekly, plus performance‑based incentives.
Potential earnings: part‑time agents can reach $50,000+ in year one; full‑time agents $80,000–$300,000+.
