About the role

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional as a Remote Data Entry Operator. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position supports the preparation and verification of legal and professional documents while adhering to strict ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify data from source documents for accuracy, typographical errors, and compliance with composition codes.
• Cross‑check entered data against source files and make necessary corrections, additions, or deletions.
• Assemble application files in the prescribed sequence, ensuring inclusion of all required text, CWU, and drawing information.
• Complete weekly timesheets and follow standard ISO‑based procedures.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance).
• Commitment to a minimum of 40 productive hours per week and up to three weeks of remote training.
• Strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
