Remote Customer Service – Travel Advisor

About the role

We are looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Travel Advisors. In this position you will help clients plan vacations, coordinate travel arrangements and provide support throughout the booking process, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients planning vacations.
• Research and coordinate travel options such as vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodations.
• Answer client questions and provide accurate travel‑related information.
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel arrangements.
• Stay up‑to‑date on travel promotions, supplier updates and destination information.
• Provide assistance to clients before and after travel when needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude and professional communication style.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel is helpful but not required.
