About the role

Mid Cities Oms is looking for a motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to patients and referring offices. This full‑time remote position offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work with a team of oral and maxillofacial surgeons.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from patients and referring offices.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments while keeping records accurate.
• Provide information on services, fees, and insurance coverage.
• Process payments and insurance claims efficiently.
• Handle patient concerns with empathy and offer appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with surgeons to ensure seamless patient care and follow HIPAA regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
