About the role

We are looking for motivated, service‑oriented individuals to join our fully remote team as Customer Service Representatives supporting destination wedding clients. You will help travelers plan and enjoy their special trips by providing accurate information and seamless booking assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries about travel options and reservations.
• Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Review travel details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations.
• Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after travel.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Deliver professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
