About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Contract Review Attorney to work remotely on AI‑driven contract evaluation projects. You will apply your legal expertise to simulate negotiations, assess AI outputs, and help shape the next generation of contract‑review technology.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review AI‑generated responses to contract scenarios and provide detailed feedback.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance on contract tasks.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI‑based contract review solutions.
Required profile
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of in‑house experience focused on technology transactions, especially MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities and capacity to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.

- Competitive hourly rate of $80‑$105.
