Remote Client Protection Agent – Entry Level

About the role

Meron Financial Agency is hiring remote agents to help families find life‑insurance plans that fit their needs. No prior insurance experience is required; you will be trained from the ground up to manage inbound leads and guide clients through policy selection.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the system each day, access a queue of pre‑qualified leads, and conduct phone or Zoom conversations to assess client needs.
• Present suitable life‑insurance options, answer questions, and close policies while following the company’s proven sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training modules and consult a dedicated mentor when challenges arise.

Required profile

• Coachable and willing to apply feedback.
• Comfortable speaking with strangers on the phone daily.
• Consistent attendance and ability to work through slow periods.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident able to pass a background check.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate CRM and training portal.
