Remote Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults (Spanish‑Speaking)

About the role

Join Sailor Health’s nationwide virtual practice delivering Medicare‑covered therapy to Spanish‑speaking older adults. Work from home, set your own schedule, and focus on clinical work while the company handles admin, referrals and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to Spanish‑speaking seniors via telehealth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and document sessions using the EMR and AI documentation assistant.
• Participate in paid case consultations and collaborate with a dedicated clinical quality lead.

Required profile

• Active independent California license (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Comfort using electronic health records (EMR).
• Ability to work with AI‑assisted documentation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare billing (optional).
