About the role
Land Airline, a Miami‑based executive transportation company, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatcher to join its remote operations team. The role supports daily transportation operations and ensures smooth communication between drivers and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily transportation reservations and update driver statuses.
- Communicate with drivers and customers via phone, email, and messaging.
- Assist with schedule changes, last‑minute requests, and reservation updates in the dispatch system.
Required profile
- Good spoken and written English and fluent Spanish.
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to multitask, strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Availability to work Miami (Eastern Time) hours.
