American Income Life is hiring a full-time, remote Benefits & Leadership Development Representative. The role suits motivated people who want a career with purpose, professional growth and leadership opportunities, with no previous experience required. Training, one-on-one mentorship and a leadership development program are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients virtually to explain available benefit programs.
• Help individuals and families understand and enroll in the benefits they qualify for.
• Deliver excellent customer service while building long-term client relationships.
• Manage appointments and keep accurate client records.
• Learn the company's systems through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
• Develop communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
