Remote Appointment Setter – Roofing (Chicago Area)

About the role

Allied Emergency Services is looking for remote appointment setters to schedule qualified roof inspections for homeowners in the Chicago area. You will work from a quiet environment, contacting inbound leads and warm lists via call or text to arrange inspections related to hail, wind, or storm damage.

Key responsibilities

• Call and text homeowners to set roof inspection appointments.
• Confirm appointments on the same day to reduce no‑shows.
• Follow provided scripts and handle objections.
• Record outcomes, notes, tags and next steps in the CRM.
• Coordinate schedules with the field inspection team.

Required profile

• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills.
• Quiet work environment with reliable internet connection.
• Smartphone and/or computer for calling, texting and CRM use.
• Reliable follow‑through; appointment show rate matters.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• CRM usage (basic data entry and tagging).
