About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham is seeking enthusiastic Remote Admissions Representatives to join its Admissions Team. In this high‑contact, phone‑based position, you will engage prospective students across the United States, helping them explore educational pathways and secure enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from individuals interested in enrolling.
• Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, transfer options, and tuition.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of university offerings and internal systems.
• Document interactions in the university’s CRM and follow established enrollment processes.
• Achieve recruitment targets while delivering a consultative experience.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time remotely from one of the listed states.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Professional demeanor and a customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to manage a high volume of calls.
