Reliability Maintenance Technician Co‑op

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Technician Co‑op to support the development of a new large‑molecule drug substance manufacturing site in Wilson, NC. This position offers hands‑on experience in biopharmaceutical equipment maintenance, process engineering collaboration, and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute documentation for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Assist in developing maintenance plans, inspection, and testing procedures.
• Support project managers by coordinating and tracking project activities.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and SOP creation for production‑supporting systems.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an A.A.S. or B.S. in Industrial Systems Technology or a related field with a minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of maintenance systems and tools; interest in industrial equipment maintenance.
